Manar Al-Amin indicated that the Rizek company was established in 2020 as a super app that provides a lot of electronic services, and indicates that the company’s work team is working to provide services that the consumer needs, which contributed to the success of the company and its growth, where the user can enter the application and choose the service that he needs to it, and the application assists him in obtaining it through a set of appropriate nominations.
She added that consumers are highly attracted to electronic services, and therefore work must be done to maintain quality, in addition to the impact that any Super App must have.
She noted that the economic unit has a significant impact on Super Apps, because besides keeping the quality at the highest standards, you still need to take the cost factor into consideration.

Waleed Sadek, founder of Paysky, said that the Yalla Super App provides many payment services in Egypt, including financial services, bill payment, and electronic shopping, as well as services for institutions and merchants, including enabling them to collect payments, selling products electronically, and providing tools To pay the salaries of their employees using Yalla cards, as well as paying suppliers through its platform, stressing that work must be done to continue developing services and listening to customers, in order to facilitate people’s lives, stressing the ability of successful applications to achieve success in Egypt.
He added, “With regard to Super Apps, we do not only track final payment processes, we analyze the entire order and purchase process, and this has helped us build a strong knowledge base about customers, which we can use to help them make better shopping decisions, which in turn helps us generate more income.
Halan
As for Munir Nakhla, the founder of MNT Halan, he points out that he comes from a financial background before the founding of Halan, where he founded Tasheel and Mashroo3i, and adds that the superior applications have gained traction in terms of users and volume of transactions, and MNT Halan offers many integrated services, including project financing programs Small and micro and consumer finance, digital payments and e-commerce, as the application works to help people provide the services they need.
“We are focusing on unbanked cities across Egypt, and we are also looking at international expansion, as the operations of Super Apps are very complex, and if not managed properly, things can get out of control,” Nakhla said.
He added that there is definitely demand, but there is also difficulty in convincing clients, as they always request specialized services from specialized companies.
